Dear Tim,

I wanted to take a moment to Thank You and your entire team for a job well done! As you well know, a complete re-roof is a major investment in your home. There are some "big decisions" to be made; what type of shingle to use, whether or not to install a roof vent and most importantly, what color shingle do you want to look at for the next 30+ years! While these may have been issues that Dan & I did some "homework" on, the one decision that was easy was what company to go with!

We had two additional estimates and even though both of them were comparable in price, neither could compare to your professionalism and knowledge about the entire process. You spent time with me explaining the steps, the advantages of installing the roof vents and most importantly, you answered my questions!

I want to also thank your foreman Tim. Tim kept me informed on the entire installation; he explained how the team accomplished their tasks (including cutting a hole in my roof to install the vents!) and he was ever patient with my questions!

Your entire team was courteous; they were respectful of our landscaping, making sure that nothing was damaged or broken; they cleaned up their mess, each time they left the job and put all of our deck furniture and garden decorations back in place, upon completion. I have to say, I didn't expect them to do that, but was certainly grateful that they did!

The best vantage point of our "big roof is from our neighbor's driveway, across the street. When you see the entire job from there... .it looks amazing! I never thought much about roofs before you installed our new one, but now I look at everyone's and ours is the best-looking one hi the subdivision! Everyone comments on the design & color. Thank you again for your input into that decision!
